MENU: first course choice of pasta with pesto or tomato sauce, second course of polenta with tomato sausage + water (vegetarian option also available)

From3 p.m. until 7 p.m. bib collection only for Sunday competitive races (12/28K) and the Bike Trail. Only for the Bike Trail possible registration if places remain after online registration (max. 200 places).

Dhe following are some VERY IMPORTANT RULES to be read and valid for the bib pick-up e MATERIAL CONTROL

NO on-site registrations allowed!

Bib distribution takes place at the times indicated above on the respective days and ends 30 minutes before each individual race. The bib and event gadget will be handed over to the competitor by OBVIOUSLY asking for ID for verification.

To the athlete requesting their bib number he/she will be asked to show his/her identity card in order to be able to verify and deliver the bib in his/her name.

It will be it is possible to collect bibs and/or race packs from friends (e.g. "collection in the name of...") by presenting a photocopy of identity card of the person for whom it is withdrawn. The photocopy will be retained by the organisation for possible disputes and destroyed at the end of the event. If you only collect the race packet and your friend does not start (e.g. injury), please report the absence at bib collection (for safety reasons).

Those who have not uploaded their race certificate on the WEDOSPORT website during registration or within the week before the race will be asked for a photocopy of the certificate to be left at bib collection. Without the certificate, you will NOT be given a bib number to participate in the race.

The OBLIGATORY MATERIAL CONTROL It does NOT take place at bib collection but by random at the start, before entering the grid. If the competitor is not provided with the obligatory material, he/she will be disqualified and the race bib will be withdrawn.

The percentage of people checked will go up to 25% in the event of weather conditions with rain, wind and low temperatures. If you have any doubts about the material, please bring it to the bib collection.

MANDATORY MATERIAL LINK

At the entrance to the grid will also be verified that the wrapped GELs, bars and consumables are marked with the competitor's bib number (The bib number can be identified by the-> entry list). This is only in order to identify any rubbish abandoned along the route. Any supplements not marked (in pen or label with the bib number) will incur a 30-minute penalty on the final time.

CAMPER AREA

A camper van area is planned in the ’services“ area at Via Cavour, 55 in front of the Canottieri Gavirate headquarters on the shores of Lake Varese. 

Places for the camper van area are limited and not bookable (those who arrive pay on the spot) but since it is not the high tourist season there are no problems finding a place. All information on the camper van pitch at this-> LINK

the following access points are provided for showers and changing rooms (no dormitory):

- Palestra Pallacanestro Viale dello Sport, 23-19, Gavirate - with ample capacity for athletes 2 km from the finish area and reachable by 2 free BUSES waiting for you at the end of the finish area.
