La non-delivery of the agonistic certificate sports on the WEDOSPORT website (or photocopy delivery for exceptional cases) make NOTHING registration and prevent the delivery of the bib number.

🇬🇧 All competitors NOT resident in Italy and not of Italian nationality, must be in possession of a fitness visit to practice sport for athletics valid on the day of the competition or self-certify their possession, in accordance with current Italian legislation. Have a doctor in your country complete and sign the form that can be downloaded here:-> HERE TO DOWNLOAD FOREIGN MEDICAL CERTIFICATION

It is not possible to register on the day of the event on the spot!

Following registration There are NO refunds for non-participation and athlete substitutions are not permitted/transfers of bibs to other athletes by the organisation. 

However, it is possible, when registering online, activate the “WEDOSPORT - Insurance for non-participation”.” which provides two options:

• Option 1 - Reimbursement 100% with documentation
  Full reimbursement by submitting appropriate documentation proving the inability to participate (e.g. emergency room report or medical certification).
  The request must be sent within 5 days by the event that caused the impediment and, in any case, no later than 48 hours before the start of the race.

• Option 2 - Reimbursement 70% without documentation
  Partial refund for any reason, without obligation to produce documents.
  The request must be sent no later than 48 hours before the start of the race.

In the absence of activation of the aforementioned insurance, will not be recognised refunds, discount vouchers or registration postponements.
The operating methods and timeframes for handling requests are those provided for by WEDOSPORT.

And finally granted the possibility of CHANGE OF RACE DISTANCE over a shorter distance free of charge (e.g. registered for the 38K asks to change to the 28K). This is possible provided there are still bibs available and simply by contacting the organisation by 28 February by e-mail tonfo@campodeifioritrail.it

In case of CANCELLATION of the race by the organisation due to force majeure (e.g. COVID, government regulations or on the day itself due to adverse weather conditions), the organisation will provide the athlete with the possibility of keeping his registration valid for one of the next two editions of the Campo dei Fiori Trail (the registration value paid net of registration fees will be discounted). This condition is justified by the costs that the organisation has already incurred in the run-up to the race and which it will not be able to recover.
